Ringkøbing Fjord Museer is a state-recognized cultural history museum, and therefore the annual reports are prepared according to the guidelines of the Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces. When the annual report has been audited by a state-authorized auditor, it is submitted to Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality for approval, after which it is submitted to the Agency for Culture and Palaces.
