Host your next meeting at Bork Vikingehavn and surround yourself with 1000 years of history. Invite your guests to an authentic maritime Viking environment reconstructed from local finds. You can hold your meeting in our large Viking hall, where you have modern facilities available in a Viking Age setting.
Meeting packages
Morning meeting
A buffet breakfast is provided for the morning meeting and water, coffee and tea are available during the meeting. The meeting can start or end with an introduction, guided tour or team building with fun Viking games. After the meeting, you have the opportunity to experience the Viking harbor on your own.
Day meeting
The day meeting includes buffet with lunch or cake as desired. Water, coffee and tea will be available during the meeting. The meeting can start or end with an introduction, guided tour or team building with fun Viking games. After the meeting, you have the opportunity to experience the Viking harbor on your own. Please note that day meetings can only be held at certain times of the year depending on the season.
Evening meeting
The evening meeting includes a buffet and water, coffee and tea are available during the meeting. The meeting can start or end with an introduction, guided tour or team building with fun Viking games. By appointment, you can experience Bork Vikingehavn on your own before the meeting.

Getting started
Duration: 30 min
Get an introduction to the Viking Age and Bork Vikingehavn while gathered in the Viking Hall. This will prepare your guests to explore the Viking harbor on their own.
Guided tour
Duration: 1 hour
Follow one of our Vikings around the Viking harbor and learn about the Viking Age in West Jutland, how the Viking Garden was created from local finds made by the museum's archaeologists and how the Viking Age continues to this day.
Teambuilding
Duration: 1-2 hours at your convenience
Can you fight like the Vikings? Through fun Viking games and exercises, you'll compete in Viking skills. It's a fun and unique experience together and guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
Practical information
- Det er muligt at afholde møder på Bork Vikingehavn i perioden november- februar. I juli og august er der ikke mulighed for møder i åbningstiden. Og det er begrænset i de øvrige måneder.
- Wifi, projector and screen available in the Viking Hall
- Der er adgang til hele autentiske udstillingsmiljø på vikingehavnen.
- Depending on the meeting format, there can be up to 70-100 participants
- If you choose a guided tour, the guide can bring up to 28 people. If there are more than 28 people, the group will be split into two teams.
- Catering: Our kitchen focuses on sustainability and offers seasonally inspired dishes that are also available as vegetarian. Min. 20 persons.
