Hold your next meeting in a time warp
Hold your next meeting at an old beach bailiff's house that is a prime example of the West Jutland building style.
Meetings can be held in the old atmospheric living rooms, which exude history as a kind of time warp. Coffee is of course served in Madam Blå - just as it was in Abeline's time.
Meeting packages
Day meeting
The meeting package includes a complete day meeting. Includes breakfast buffet, lunch buffet with hot dishes and salads and a sweet treat for afternoon coffee. Beverage station with freshly brewed coffee/tea and ice water, which is refilled throughout the meeting.
Half day meeting
A half-day meeting can be held either in the morning or afternoon. Choose between breakfast buffet and lunch buffet, or lunch buffet and a sweet treat for afternoon coffee. Beverage station with freshly brewed coffee/tea and ice water that is refilled throughout the meeting.
What experience do you want your guests to have?
When you hold a meeting or event at Abelines Gaard, admission to all the exhibitions is included. You can also purchase an additional experience for your guests.
Getting started
Duration: 30 min.
While gathered in the living room, you can get an introduction to Abeline and Abelines Gaard, whose history includes everything from dramatic strandings to happy bathers. This can be combined with guests exploring the farm on their own after the meeting.
Guided tour
Duration: 1 hour
Hear about Abeline, who lived on the farm for more than 50 years. Hear about how she managed as a widow with her 5 children, and how she was one of the first on Holmsland Klit to open her doors to vacationers - and thus a pioneer in the tourism we know today.
Practical information
- Meetings are available at Abelines Gaard from April to October
- There is no audio equipment available.
- The room can accommodate up to 30 participants.
- Admission to the exhibitions is included in the price.
- If you choose a guided tour, the guide can bring up to 28 people. If there are more than 28 people, the group will be split into two teams.
- Catering: Our kitchen focuses on sustainability and offers seasonally inspired dishes that are also available as vegetarian. Min. 20 persons.
