Grab a basket and join one of our schnapps-making tours, where you’ll have the chance to gather plants for your own schnapps and learn about suitable plants, the aging process, and filtration.
Snapsetur in Bjørnemosen
Wednesday, May 27, 7–9 p.m.
Join us on a schnapps-making tour in Bjørnemose near Bundsbæk Mølle, and listen to our guide talk about the local natural and cultural history while you pick the right plants for your own personalized schnapps. Our guide will, of course, tell you about the many different schnapps plants, and you’ll also get tips and tricks on both steeping times and filtration, so you can make your own schnapps a success. In Bjørnemose, we’ll be hunting for elderflowers, bog myrtle, and water mint, among other things.
