Lecture: From Viking Age watermills to medieval windmills in Denmark

Join us for an exciting lecture about windmills at Naturkraft with Lars Chr. Bentsen, museum curator and archaeologist, After a brief overview of the Danish watermills, the oldest of which date back to the Viking Age, the lecture concentrates on the archaeological knowledge of medieval windmills we have in Denmark.
The starting point is a so-called stump mill that Archaeology West Jutland excavated prior to the establishment of the parking lot at Naturkraft.
Admission: DKK 50. There is no registration.
