The association of volunteers
The purpose of the association is to support Naturkraft, especially to support volunteer work in Naturkraft. Furthermore, the purpose is to spread knowledge of Ringkøbing's rich nature.
Should your volunteer work be in Naturkraft?
You will be part of a social community in a growing organization. You will have the opportunity to get to know new people and participate in social events in addition to volunteering. There's always time for a chat over a cup of coffee.
Our tasks are varied. The main tasks are:
Communication and experience
As a volunteer in this group, you help create those little extra experiences that make a difference for guests.
- This could be greeting guests in shifts of 2-3 hours. It would be an advantage if you can speak German or English.
- Or you can do creative projects that support the activities in Naturkraft by meeting once a month for 2 hours. If you feel like it, you can also occasionally get a "home assignment".
Nature care
As a nature conservation volunteer, you help make the park inviting for visitors.
- This can be practical tasks in the park itself, where volunteers meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-12.
- Or tasks in connection with other activities in Naturkraft.
The practicalities
As a volunteer, you volunteer for the tasks and shifts that you have the time and desire for.
Volunteers at Naturkraft support Ringkøbing Fjord Museums with a special focus on Naturkraft.
Volunteers at Naturkraft automatically become members of the association. Chairman of the board is volunteer inspirator Inge Marie Vestergaard.
