I am going to visit Kaj Munks Præstegård with children, what are my options?
You are welcome to bring strollers, prams, etc. However, please note the limited access in the rectory.
Disability issues
-
I have a disability, what are my options?
There is easy access to the entrance hall, shop and cafe. Inside the rectory itself there is a chairlift that can be used up the stairs to the first floor. There is a disabled toilet which can be accessed from the courtyard or the entrance hall.
If there are guests who are wheelchair users or have difficulty walking, and therefore cannot enter the rectory itself due to stairs and high steps, it is possible to sit and wait in the café, where it is possible to leaf through a book and/or enjoy the current exhibition.
Food and drink
-
Can you eat and drink at Kaj Munks Præstegård?
It is possible to buy coffee/tea and cake, which is served in our cozy Café Lise.
It is also possible to bring your own food, which can be enjoyed in the garden, where there are tables and benches for free use.
Clothing
-
Do I need to bring special clothing?
Kaj Munks Præstegård is beautifully situated in the open landscape around Vedersø, between fjord and sea, and a walk in the landscape is obvious. It is recommended that you dress according to the weather - if it is not a sunny day, it can get chilly.
