Workshop for kids

Join the Children's Workshop at Fiskeriets Hus with Tanja Schmedes Enevoldsen.

The workshop is for children, so there's time and space for kids to paint, draw, hammer, saw and polish as they build small ships from recycled materials and set sail. It's also possible to assemble a windmill or make a small piece of art out of recycled wood.

The workshop is held as part of the Sustainability Festival in Hvide Sande.

You learn a lot

It's well worth a visit. You'll learn a lot about fishing and the history of Hvide Sande. You can look at the fish in the aquariums. Very nice.

Interactive for young and old

A living museum where you can learn a lot about fish and fishing/fishing trips. It's interactive for young and old, whether it's on the bridge of a fishing boat or in the cabin. You can also admire and touch fish and crabs.

Very nice museum

Very nice museum about the history of fishing, seafaring etc. The aquarium is also worth a visit.
