Hiking in the footsteps of the wind

Join us on an atmospheric 12 km guided hike that starts at Naturkraft and takes you through the open landscape of West Jutland. Along the way, we focus on the importance of wind - from medieval stump mills to modern offshore wind turbines and the green energy technologies of the future.

You'll hear the story of Vestas' secret beginnings and the company's global breakthrough.

We walk at a moderate pace (approx. 5 km/h) and take a nice break at Vonå, where you can enjoy snacks and a refreshing Vesterhavsmost.

The tour is conducted in Danish and offers fresh air, exciting stories and socializing.

Practical information:

• We meet at 18:00 at the main entrance to Naturkraft, where snacks will be handed out before we set off.
• We expect to be back at the main entrance at approximately 21:30.
• Remember to dress appropriately for the weather, good walking shoes or sneakers, a water bottle and a small backpack to carry your own food.
