As part of the Food Meeting 2025, which will be held from May 12-18 in Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality, Ringkøbing Fjord Museer invites you on an exciting schnapps tour in Bjørnemosen at Bundsbæk Mølle.

Gathering wild herbs and using them in schnapps has long been a way to harness nature's resources and add unique flavors to the drink. This practice is part of West Jutland's cultural heritage and reflects the area's close connection to nature.

During the walk, the museum's nature and culture educator, Sabine, will not only talk about the relevant herbs, but also about the local nature and culture.

After the walk - and with full baskets - the schnapps tour continues at Bundsbæk Mølle, where Sabine shares her best tips and tricks on how to mix your own unique spiced schnapps.
