Meet Naturkraft's expedition leader, who has just returned from a new expedition to explore the history of food. The expedition leader talks about how our ancestors believed that it was magic that made food last through the winter. Hear also about the explanation we have today for the 'magic' of the past. Maybe the tricks of the past can also be useful in the future?

We are simply thrilled!

We were there today and are simply thrilled! We adults and the two children (6 & 12 years old) had a great time. This excursion is a clear recommendation for everyone! Tip: take LOTS of time. There is a lot to discover.
