Lecture: Careers in defense

Lieutenant Commander in the Danish Navy, Asger Melbye Volmar will talk about his career so far, which spans eight months of military service in the Royal Life Guard to officer training in the Navy and holding various positions after seven years on board the frigate ABSALON. In his lecture, Asger will touch on the Navy's many operational tasks and what everyday life is like in a Danish frigate.

Price: DKK 100 incl. coffee, tea and cake.

You learn a lot

It's well worth a visit. You'll learn a lot about fishing and the history of Hvide Sande. You can look at the fish in the aquariums. Very nice.

Interactive for young and old

A living museum where you can learn a lot about fish and fishing/fishing trips. It's interactive for young and old, whether it's on the bridge of a fishing boat or in the cabin. You can also admire and touch fish and crabs.

Very nice museum

Very nice museum about the history of fishing, seafaring etc. The aquarium is also worth a visit.
