Lecture - Aarhus University's new research vessel Aurora

The evening's speaker is Captain Torben Vang, who will talk about the state-of-the-art and multifunctional research vessel, which provides marine research at Aarhus University and in Denmark with completely new opportunities.

Aurora is the first Danish research vessel to be built in Denmark in 30 years.

The entrance fee of DKK 100.00 includes coffee/tea and cake.

You learn a lot

It's well worth a visit. You'll learn a lot about fishing and the history of Hvide Sande. You can look at the fish in the aquariums. Very nice.

Interactive for young and old

A living museum where you can learn a lot about fish and fishing/fishing trips. It's interactive for young and old, whether it's on the bridge of a fishing boat or in the cabin. You can also admire and touch fish and crabs.

Very nice museum

Very nice museum about the history of fishing, seafaring etc. The aquarium is also worth a visit.
