Take an adventurous journey into nature!
The summer at Naturkraft offers fun and educational experiences for young and old alike. Join us on one or more of our expeditions and learn more about the nature that surrounds us. For example, do you know about the many species of insects that exist? Where they live? And what use they are? We focus on this and much more with a brand new expedition under the theme: Strengthen biodiversity.
If you can't get enough of cool activities, when you visit Naturkraft you can buy extra activities to make your experience even better. For example, you can build an insect hotel to take home or bake a delicious herb bread over a campfire - with herbs you have picked yourself in our forest garden.

Come and experience a new van(d)witty universe!
We all know what it's like to be drawn to water and its power. And now there's a golden opportunity to get to know water even better - through Naturkraft's new water universe.
With a focus on the cultural history of West Jutland about the straightening and re-silting of the Skjern River, the Skjern River salmon, lock functions and different types of watermills, we have created a universe that invites you to explore and learn more about the importance of water in the area through play.
To celebrate the opening of the new water universe, we're also launching a brand new expedition: "Wild with Water".

On Naturkraft expeditions, the whole family can travel into nature together and explore different themes.
Our expedition leaders are ready to guide you and make sure you have the best conditions for a great experience.
Each expedition has its own theme and you can choose to explore one, two or all three of our expeditions.
Expedition+ experiences
For an extended expedition experience, you can add four extra experiences to the expeditions in Naturkraft with the + activities. The activities change throughout the year. You get access to the +activities with an EKSPEDITION+ card, which can be purchased at the entrance and in the shop in Naturkraft's main building.
Bake a herbal bread
Bake a delicious herbal bread over a campfire with herbs you've gathered yourself - and get a taste of nature.
Build an insect hotel
Build an insect hotel to take home and help boost biodiversity where you live.
Make a wind turbine
Make a nice windmill so you can play with the power of the wind yourself - in the park or when you get home.
Build a boat
Build a boat and sail it in Naturkraft's water universe. If you also love water, you can continue sailing at home.
Café & Shop
Don't worry about leaving your packed lunch at home!
If you get thirsty and hungry during your visit to Naturkraft, don't despair. Our café offers a varied selection of hot and cold drinks as well as delicious lunch dishes - and of course something for the sweet tooth.
If you want to buy a souvenir from your visit, stop by our well-stocked museum shop.
