Flavors, Nature, and Stories at Provstgaards Jagthus

Experience a sensory evening where local flavors, nature, and fascinating stories come together. The event begins at Provstgaards Jagthus a welcome drink and a brief introduction to the venue, after which guests are invited to take their seats.

Three different types of open-faced sandwiches will be served—all accompanied by select beverages from Lowlands and Stauning Whisky. Throughout the event, the producers will share brief, engaging stories that offer insight into both the craftsmanship and the philosophy behind their products.

In the midst of the experience, the group heads out into the countryside. A group walk leads to Pumpestation Nord and on toward Skjern Å, where schnapps is served and stories are told about the area’s unique natural environment—from Skjern Enge to life in the stream and the iconic salmon.

Afterward, guests return to the hunting lodge for the final course and a concluding story. The day wraps up with the story of the Provstgaard brothers and the significance of the hunting lodge.
