Ringkøbing bunkers
Not all traces can be seen today when walking around Ringkøbing, but on this guided bunker tour we will pass many of the places where traces from the Second World War can be found. The school where the occupying forces were housed is gone, but the history is still there.
You will see - and not least enter - the bunkers that were built in the town in the early 1940s. The bunkers were used when Allied planes flew over Ringkøbing - and when you stand on top of the bunkers, it's not hard to imagine what it must have been like when the planes came at night.
There is a bunker tour with a Danish guide in July and a bunker tour with a German guide in July and August.
Participation costs DKK 99 for adults and DKK 49 for children 3-17 years. Children under 3 years old attend for free.
