For the Vikings, archery has been an important weapon for both hunting and warfare. They had to practice a lot to become skilled enough to hit the target. For example, it requires a steady hand and the ability to move quietly if you need to sneak up on your prey.

At Bork Vikingehavn you can try shooting with the Viking longbow. We have different sized bows, so both children and adults can try to hit the target.
