Articles of association

In 2023, the real estate foundation Naturkraft adopted new articles of association approved by the foundation's board of directors.

The articles of association describe topics such as the purpose of the foundation, the composition and activities of the board, the annual meeting, annual accounts, distribution and use of profits, and much more.
