Come and join the volunteer millers as they run the old windmill.

There is nothing new about using wind energy in Denmark, in fact, wind energy has been used since the Middle Ages. After several years of careful renovation, Skjern Vindmølles is ready to paint again. Come and meet the local volunteers who are ready to tell you about the windmills' quirky art and history. They are looking forward to showing off the beautiful Dutch windmill and - if the wind is willing - showing how it can grind grain.
