Art exhibitions at Skjern Vindmølle

Visit Skjern Vindmølle, where volunteers are organizing an art exhibition every Sunday from 13-17 until the end of September. Explore the artworks and have a chat with the artists. Coffee is also available.

Ådalens Patchworkers: Anne Gine Madsen - Else Hansen - Dorthea Jensen

Show again this year their beautiful Patchwork - and together with others who are part of Ådalens Patchworkers: Ellen Jensen, Helga Vanting, Joan Kjær, Lone Smedegaard, Louise Kjærgaard and Margit Christiansen also show some of their Patchwork.The purpose - this year - is that hopefully more people will be inspired to sew Patchwork and to join the club - which by the way has their sewing evenings at Skjern Vindmølle. There will be a small "Workshop" during opening hours every Sunday in July - where it will be possible to sew a small Dannebrog flag. Come - see and try - it may be something for you.

exhibits with the Patchwork Club - and writes: "With my iPad and digital pen, I go out into nature and find a place - that I want to encapsulate. When I find the place that catches my attention - I first stand and observe. With my digital pen I paint the most dominant color areas - then I draw details. With the digital pen, I can switch between brush and pencil - and have access to the entire digital color palette. I use the same approach if I'm painting or drawing in analog.
